The Role

• Provide ship structure and design analyses.
• Study and establish ship design products and specifications.
• Evaluate ship performance.
• Support the analysis and oversight of technical and design requirements for shipbuilding programs.
• Offer expertise on surface and undersea shipbuilding programs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant naval architecture and engineering experience.
• Expertise in the DOD 5000 process and guidelines.
• Interim or Active Secret clearance.
• Strong understanding of surface and undersea shipbuilding.
