The Role

• Provide ship structure and design analyses for shipbuilding programs.
• Lead the study and establishment of ship design products and specifications.
• Evaluate and assess ship performance.
• Support the analysis, evaluation, and oversight of technical and design requirements.
• Contribute to both new and ongoing shipbuilding initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in Naval Architecture and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with surface and undersea shipbuilding programs.
• Familiarity with the DOD 5000 process and guidelines.
• Minimum of an Interim or Active Secret security clearance.
