Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Sales, Service & Manufacturing Cloud
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Longterm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.
  • Support manufacturing processes including Inventory, Product Transfer, Consignment, Cycle Counting/Auditing, and Stock Disposition.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Support integrations, data mapping, process modeling, and workflow improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and process modeling.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, Flows, and custom objects.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Experience with Advanced ATP, Orders, or Revenue Management.
