*Business Analyst - SAP S/4* - W2 Role, Onsite

Currently Kellton Tech is looking for talented resources for one of our listed Client. Below are the position details

Position: Business Analyst SAP S/4HANA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Onsite Tuesday Thursday; WFH Monday and Friday

Project: SAP S/4HANA | Supporting four Agile teams

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Business Analysis: 4+ years of BA experience in accounting/finance software, ERP implementation, or technical software delivery.
2. SAP/ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred, including FI, SD, MM, EWM, AP/AR, CO, or related modules.
3. Agile Methodology: At least 1 year of experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
4. Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, document, and clarify business and functional requirements with stakeholders and technical teams.
5. User Stories: Translate business requirements into clear user stories, tasks, and testable acceptance criteria.
6. Process Design: Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
8. Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, support UAT and end-to-end testing, identify defects, and verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
9. Delivery & Quality: Track deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, resolve process gaps, and support post-implementation enhancements.
10. Communication & Ownership: Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Preferred: Experience working directly with business stakeholders and customers, Azure DevOps or Miro familiarity, and a background as an SAP functional consultant with strong BA experience.

Note: Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
