Business Analyst II

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Business Analyst II.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate operational needs into technology solutions
• Support initiatives involving online banking, payment services, and ACH processing
• Analyze current workflows and identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support RPA initiatives through process documentation, requirements gathering, business rules, and workflow analysis
• Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other project documentation
• Coordinate UAT and help validate solutions against business requirements
• Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, developers, QA, vendors, and other project partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Financial services, banking, or credit union experience required
• Experience with online/digital banking and payment services
• Knowledge of ACH processing and payment workflows
• Experience supporting RPA or process automation projects
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile delivery, user stories, and UAT
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is a plus
• Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or another RPA platform is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
