The Role

• Assist administrative leadership in drafting clear and professional internal and external communications.
• Develop and write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Create and edit executive communications, memoranda, and announcements.
• Design templates using MS Word and Outlook.
• Perform other technical writing tasks as required.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Visio for creating flowcharts and process maps.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
