The Role

• Oversee schematic entry, layout, and release of PCBs for RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave products.
• Utilize CAD software such as Altium and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D PCB modeling.
• Create synchronized schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and physical layouts with minimal engineering input.
• Communicate design and layout challenges based on extensive experience.
• Generate essential manufacturing drawings and documentation.
• Lead peer design reviews and advocate for PCB design as a key technology area.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience, or a B.S. in engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with CAD platforms (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD).
• A genuine passion for PCB design and a strong understanding of drafting standards.
• Detail-oriented with a critical focus on quality and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of digital and analog electronic circuits.
• Ability to perform basic electrical measurements and strong communication skills.
