The Role

• Responsible for schematic entry, layout, and release of printed circuit boards for RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave products.
• Create 2D and 3D PCB models using Altium and AutoCAD.
• Generate professional schematics fully linked to BOMs and physical layouts with minimal engineering input.
• Communicate design and layout challenges effectively based on extensive experience.
• Generate manufacturing drawings and documentation, and update design rules as needed.
• Lead peer reviews of design and layout concepts and strategies.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED with 9+ years of experience, or a B.S. in engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Prior experience with CAD platforms such as Altium, PADS, Xpedition, Eagle, KiCAD, LibreCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUP, Fusion360, SolidWorks, etc.
• Deep knowledge of drafting standards and best practices.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused with a basic understanding of electronic circuits.
• Ability to make basic electrical measurements and strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Permanent Resident due to ITAR regulations.
