(1) Expert in Excel and Powerpoint

(2) Will be the person who will collate, analyze and present progress to management so communication is key

(3) He should be able to slice and dice data and arrive at different meaningful representations of data that will make sense for the management team ... essentially some one who can think for himself on all type of data and inferences that can be shared with the management and not wait for someone to specifically ask for a report
