JOB SUMMARY

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with proven experience working within structured project governance frameworks, applies strong critical thinking and communication skills, and has familiarity with rail infrastructure assets and asset lifecycle management. This is a highly collaborative role, working across delivery, technology, and operational teams to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Build and maintain strong relationships across business, technology, delivery, and operational teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities, dependencies, and project requirements.
• Influence without authority and effectively navigate competing priorities.
• Facilitate discussions and support alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Project Governance & Management

• Manage projects within structured project governance frameworks.
• Apply established PMO, PMBOK, and Stage-Gate methodologies and practices.
• Support project planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain appropriate project documentation.
• Support data-driven decision-making and successful program outcomes.

Tools & Technical Proficiency

• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using Confluence, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Use Visio and Lucid for process flows, diagrams, and visual documentation.
• Work with datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Leverage data and visualizations to generate insights and support project decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive, infrastructure, transportation, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience working within formal project governance frameworks, including PMO, PMBOK, Stage-Gate / Stage Gate
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rail infrastructure and/or linear assets.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, particularly IBM Maximo.
• Familiarity with Reliability management, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), Asset performance analytics, Asset lifecycle management
• PMP certification.
• Asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000.
