Pay Range: $50-$55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will primarily be focused on:
• Lead Real Estate Investments Website initiatives for enhancements, maintenance, and content management
• Partner with IT and REI staff to define requirements
• Manage the prioritization of tactical website development and defect resolution
• Responsible for quarterly/annual management reporting, presentations, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data, reporting, and analytics requirements
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills: - Business Analysis, Requirement gathering, SQL, Investment Experience
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with IT/development teams.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Real estate Investment or financial services experience.
• UI/UX experience.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• AI/Machine Learning experience.
• Experience with data acquisition and data wrangling.
