The Role

• Partner with the Center Director to create a safe, joyful, and high-performing learning environment.
• Ensure brand standards, instructional quality, and operational effectiveness are maintained with consistency.
• Support staffing efforts to ensure the center is fully staffed with well-trained educators.
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the center.
• Drive enrollment and family retention through effective marketing and engagement strategies.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership.
• Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meeting all applicable state guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• A passion for children's developmental needs and happiness, coupled with a growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to meet all applicable background screening, health, and safety training requirements.
