The Role

• Partner with the Center Director to foster a joyful, safe, and high-performing learning environment.
• Guide educators and champion excellence in every classroom, ensuring brand standards and instructional quality.
• Support recruitment, training, and retention of a high-quality teaching team.
• Drive enrollment and family retention through marketing support and engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing standards, as well as curriculum and brand guidelines.
• Oversee daily operations related to curriculum, staff development, and center profitability.

What You'll Need

• Two or more years of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
• Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meeting all applicable state guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Experience in supporting marketing plans, driving enrollment, and fostering family engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for children's developmental needs.
