This organization is seeking a passionate leader to champion excellence in early childhood education and foster a joyful, safe, and high-performing learning environment. The Role • Guide educators and champion excellence within classrooms. • Partner with Center Directors to ensure brand standards and operational effectiveness. • Support staff development and maintain a high-quality teaching team. • Drive enrollment and family retention through effective marketing and engagement strategies. • Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the center. • Ensure compliance with the proprietary curriculum and brand standards. What You'll Need • Two or more years of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership. • Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential. • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations. • Ability to meet all applicable background screening, health, and safety training requirements. • Demonstrated passion for children's developmental needs and a growth mindset.
