The Role

• Partner with the Center Director to ensure instructional quality and operational effectiveness.

• Drive enrollment and family retention through strategic marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the center.
• Ensure compliance with the company's curriculum and brand standards.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and staff development meetings.

What You'll Need

• At least one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership.
• Possess required state-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Demonstrated passion for children's developmental needs and happiness.
• Experience with employee retention and accountability strategies.
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions to support staff, families, and operations.
