The Role

• Partner with the Center Director to ensure a safe, joyful, and high-performing learning environment.
• Guide and support educators, upholding instructional quality and brand standards.
• Drive enrollment and family retention through marketing support and engagement strategies.
• Oversee adherence to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Ensure the implementation and success of the proprietary curriculum and brand initiatives.
• Support staff development and maintain a high-quality teaching team.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership; two years preferred.
• Hold the required state-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Possess a strong understanding of state licensing rules and regulations for early education centers.
• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate a passion for children's development and a growth mindset for empowering educators.
• Ability to meet all background screening, health, and safety training requirements.
