This organization champions excellence in early childhood development and is seeking a dedicated Curriculum Director to guide educators and ensure high standards in every classroom.

The Role

  • Partner with Center Directors to foster a joyful, safe, and high-performing learning environment.
  • Champion brand standards, instructional quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support efforts to ensure the center is fully staffed with well-trained, professional teachers.
  • Drive enrollment and family retention through effective marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the center, ensuring compliance and a pristine physical environment.
  • Ensure high-quality teacher-student interactions and accurate completion of student assessments.

What You'll Need

  • At least one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership.
  • Must possess state-specific Administrative or Director credentials and meet all applicable state guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • A passion for children's developmental needs and happiness, coupled with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving using available resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
