Curriculum Director | Clearwater, FL | Hybrid | $51,000-$58,000

We're hiring on behalf of one of the nation's fastest-growing academies of early education, known for its vibrant, "happy happens here" culture. This organization is passionate about fostering joyful, safe, and high-performing learning environments that champion excellence in early childhood development.

The Role

  • Champion instructional quality and uphold brand standards across all classrooms.
  • Partner with Center Directors to ensure operational effectiveness and a positive learning environment.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and professional development of teaching staff.
  • Drive enrollment and family retention through effective marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership.
  • Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • Passion for children's developmental needs and a growth mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
