The Role

• Champion instructional quality and uphold brand standards across all classrooms.
• Partner with Center Directors to ensure operational effectiveness and a positive learning environment.
• Support the recruitment, training, and professional development of teaching staff.
• Drive enrollment and family retention through effective marketing and engagement strategies.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Need

• Minimum one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership.
• Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Passion for children's developmental needs and a growth mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
