Human Resource

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Human Resource professional to support our aerospace and defense manufacturing workforce. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for production and professional roles, coordinate onboarding, and maintain HRIS accuracy. You'll support supervisors with employee relations, attendance, performance documentation, and policy adherence while ensuring compliance with labor and safety regulations. Partner with leadership on staffing plans, training coordination, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement across HR processes in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and professional roles
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain HRIS records, personnel files, and HR documentation
• Support supervisors with employee relations, coaching, and performance documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
• Administer benefits and support open enrollment activities
• Assist with attendance tracking and corrective action processes
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing strategies
• Support training coordination and development initiatives
• Contribute to HR process improvements in a lean manufacturing environment
