Job Description

Element Care seeks a Senior Benefits Administrator to lead benefits strategy and administration within our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you will manage health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness programs for staff supporting our PACE program. You will oversee open enrollment, vendor relationships, benefits compliance, and leave management while serving as a key resource for employees. Collaborating across HR and leadership, you'll ensure our benefits reflect our mission of compassionate, high-quality care for older adults. Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee all employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Lead annual open enrollment, including planning, communications, system configuration, and issue resolution
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators, monitoring service levels and resolving escalated issues
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other applicable federal and state regulations
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS/benefits systems, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and integrations with payroll
  • Support and manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA and related state leave laws
  • Develop clear benefits communication materials and provide one-on-one support to employees and managers
  • Analyze benefits utilization and costs; prepare reports and recommendations to HR and leadership
  • Partner with HR and leadership to align benefits strategy with organizational goals and employee needs
  • Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and compassionate culture that supports staff who care for elderly participants
