Talent Acquisition Coordinator - High-Volume Staffing

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for light industrial, logistics, and fulfillment roles. In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you will post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments and onboarding, and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates quickly through the process while delivering a respectful, positive experience. Responsibilities

• Post and update job openings across multiple job boards and channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and prescreens
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers
• Support high-volume hiring for light industrial, logistics, and fulfillment roles
• Track candidates and update records accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with background checks, paperwork, and onboarding coordination
• Communicate promptly with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate with recruiters and branch teams to meet hiring targets
• Prepare basic recruiting reports and metrics as needed
• Uphold company values of integrity, respect, and diversity in all interactions
