Recruiting Coordinator - High-Volume Staffing

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for light industrial, logistics, and fulfillment center clients. In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you will source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, support onboarding, and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and associates to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for light industrial, logistics, and fulfillment roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
• Support new hire onboarding and pre-employment paperwork
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and next steps
• Coordinate high-volume hiring events and recruiting campaigns
• Partner with internal teams to meet client staffing needs and deadlines
• Ensure a positive, respectful candidate and associate experience
• Track recruiting metrics and prepare basic reports as needed
• Adhere to company standards of integrity, reliability, and diversity
