High-Volume Talent Acquisition Specialist

Integrity Staffing Solutions seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit high-volume light industrial, logistics, and fulfillment talent. In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles. You'll collaborate closely with operations and client service teams to understand workforce needs, maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and meet aggressive hiring goals while upholding our values of integrity, respect, and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, logistics, and fulfillment roles
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate client and hiring manager interviews and provide feedback
• Maintain candidate pipelines to meet high-volume hiring goals
• Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Partner with operations and client service teams to forecast staffing needs
• Ensure a positive candidate and client experience aligned with company values
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate applicant records
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting practices
