HR Business Partner - Construction

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing construction operations. This role partners with leaders across field and corporate teams to align people strategies with business goals, lead workforce planning and recruitment, and guide performance management and employee relations. The HRBP will implement HR policies and compliance, use data to drive decisions, and champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance with clear growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with construction and remodeling business goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for field and corporate roles
• Implement HR policies, compliance practices, and safety-related HR procedures
• Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements in retention, engagement, and performance
• Support compensation reviews, promotions, and organizational changes
• Facilitate training, coaching, and development plans for managers and employees
• Promote Erie Home's culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance
