The Role

• Manage and develop landscape maintenance crews, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Utilize industry technology to schedule, manage budgets, and track team performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact, proactively engaging and providing expert advice.
• Propose and design landscape enhancements to existing client properties.
• Collaborate with sales to support new business acquisition.
• Coordinate with various internal departments for seamless project execution.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or a related field is preferred; an Associate degree or relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in the landscaping industry with strong plant knowledge is essential.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset capable of handling daily challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with diverse individuals.
• Familiarity with Spanish is a plus.
