The Role

• Lead and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and uphold brand standards.

• Oversee the implementation of curriculum and ensure compliance with all educational and safety regulations.

What You'll Need

• Minimum one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership.
• Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential and adherence to all state guidelines.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations for educational facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to conduct effective staff training, observations, and parent conferences.
