The Role

• Guide educators and champion curriculum excellence in every classroom.
• Partner with Center Directors to foster a safe and high-performing learning environment.
• Ensure brand standards and instructional quality are met consistently.
• Support teacher training and professional development initiatives.
• Drive strategies for student engagement and family retention.
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the center.

What You'll Need

• At least one year of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience.
• Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meeting all state guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• A passion for children's developmental needs and happiness.
• A growth mindset with a drive to empower educators.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving.
