The Role

  • Partner with Center Directors to ensure a high-quality, safe, and joyful learning environment.
  • Guide and support educators in delivering exceptional learning experiences and maintaining brand standards.

  • Drive efforts to maintain strong teacher retention and professional development through coaching and feedback.

What You'll Need
