The Role

• Partner with Center Directors to ensure a high-quality, safe, and joyful learning environment.
• Guide and support educators in delivering exceptional learning experiences and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive efforts to maintain strong teacher retention and professional development through coaching and feedback.
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance enrollment and family retention.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and licensing standards within the center.

What You'll Need

• Minimum one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership.
• Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations in early childhood education.
• A passion for children's developmental needs and a belief in fostering a growth mindset.
• Proven ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing staff development and fostering professional growth among educators.
