The Role

• Partner with the Center Director to cultivate a vibrant, secure, and high-achieving learning environment.
• Guide and mentor educators to ensure instructional excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Support strategic enrollment and family retention initiatives through effective marketing and engagement.
• Maintain operational effectiveness and uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and student outcomes through observations and assessments.
• Manage center resources and contribute to maintaining profitability goals.

What You'll Need

• At least one year of experience in center leadership, curriculum management, or people leadership.
• Possession of state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meeting all applicable state guidelines.
• Strong understanding of early childhood curriculum, brand standards, and licensing regulations.
• A passion for children's development and a growth mindset for empowering educators.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
• Ability to conduct formal classroom observations and manage family conferences.
