The Role • Provide managerial and technical leadership to an electronics design team. • Manage work packages, including cost, schedule, risk, and opportunities. • Ensure the engineering team effectively supports production program demand. • Uphold technical governance and ensure adherence to company processes. • Lead cost and performance trade-offs on projects. What You'll Need • Proven high performance and achievement in leading and managing engineering teams through a full product development lifecycle. • Experience with cost and planning management tools, optimizing solutions, and minimizing impacts from dependencies. • Experience in product design and identifying improvements to working practices and team skill development, focusing on failure reduction. • Experience with safety-critical systems and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) is desirable. • Experience with work-package management tools (e.g., MSP, JIRA) is desirable.
