They are looking for a Hardware Team Leader to join their production support team, contributing to critical safety systems. The Role • Provide managerial and technical leadership to an electronics design team. • Manage work packages, including cost, schedule, risk, and opportunities. • Ensure the engineering team effectively supports production program demands. • Deliver technical governance and uphold company processes. • Lead cost and performance trade-offs for hardware solutions. What You'll Need • Proven leadership and management experience within engineering teams across a full product development lifecycle. • Experience with cost and planning management tools and optimising solutions. • Demonstrated ability to control product design and work packages. • Experience in identifying improvements to working practices and team skill development, focusing on failure reduction. • Familiarity with safety-critical systems and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
