The Role

• Provide managerial and technical leadership to an electronics design team supporting production programs.
• Oversee work package management, including cost, schedule, risk, and opportunities.
• Ensure the engineering team effectively supports production program demands.
• Exercise technical governance and enforce adherence to company processes.
• Lead cost and performance trade-off analyses.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in the leadership and management of engineering teams through a full product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrable experience with cost and planning management tools, optimizing solutions, and product design work package control.
• Experience in identifying improvements to working practices and team skill development, focusing on failure reduction (e.g., MDBF).
• Desirable experience with safety-critical systems and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) or work-package management tools (e.g., MSP, JIRA).
