The Role

• Operate specialized heavy equipment (hostlers, cranes, top loaders, side loaders) to load, unload, and relocate shipping containers.
• Safely and efficiently move containers within the intermodal yard, ensuring timely freight movement.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to guarantee safety and functionality.
• Coordinate with yard personnel and supervisors to manage daily logistics operations.
• Maintain a secure and organized work environment in compliance with established safety protocols.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license is mandatory for consideration.
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a logistics or industrial setting is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs and climbing.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
