True Blue Roofing is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing team as an In-Home Sales Closer. As an In-Home Sales Closer, you'll meet with homeowners through scheduled appointments and guide them through the process of selecting the right roofing solution for their needs. You'll use a consultative sales approach to educate customers, answer their questions, and help them make confident decisions—all while delivering an outstanding in-home experience. If you're a strong closer who thrives in a face-to-face sales environment, we'd love to meet you. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's roofing needs and goals.

Present roofing products and services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner. Answer customer questions and address objections confidently and professionally. Prepare and present proposals and guide customers through the purchasing process. Successfully close sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Collaborate with team members to continually improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in in-home sales and/or a closing role is required.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend tailored solutions. Professional and respectful demeanor when working in customers' homes. Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus.
