We're hiring on behalf of one of the nation's largest providers of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 45 years of experience and a team of thousands. This established company is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their home comfort solutions team.

The Role

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC system replacement needs during scheduled appointments.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and provide accurate pricing.
• Access HVAC equipment, potentially located in attics, crawlspaces, or basements.
• Present customized solutions, financing options, and system upgrades to customers.
• Close sales effectively in a one-call close environment.
• Ensure a professional customer experience from consultation through project completion.

What You'll Need

• Prior in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to close sales in a one-call setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces in varying conditions to inspect equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
