Branch Manager (Sales & Leadership)

As a Branch Manager, you'll lead a team, drive sales, build client relationships, and oversee the day-to-day success of your branch. You'll use the same skills that make great retail and hospitality leaders successful: developing people, managing competing priorities, solving problems, creating an exceptional customer experience, and driving results. We're looking for an experienced leader who knows how to motivate a team, think strategically, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help grow the business. Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.

Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges. Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions. Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment
Pay:
Target salary range for this role is $92,000 - $110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
