*) Active Directory Management
*) Able to navigate Different OUs
*) Able to look up attributes
*) Able to reset password and unlock accounts.
*) iOS Management, Support, and Deployment
*) Setting up new phones/Ipads
*) Resetting iTunes accounts
*) Resetting network settings
*) Backup/Restore device data
*) Video Conferencing
