The Role • Drive canvassing initiatives to generate sales leads for a sales team. • Schedule and plan routes for a team of Field Canvassers in assigned territories. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop Field Canvassing teams, setting and tracking performance against KPIs. • Manage local permit requirements to ensure compliance with regulations. • Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI. • Collaborate with local operations and installation managers to enhance brand presence. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing within a direct-to-consumer industry. • Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, or field canvassing. • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff. • Ability to work outdoors in varying climates and work evenings and weekends. • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
