• Work a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, ensuring every weekend is free.
• Focus on building relationships and closing deals, with marketing, lead generation, and customer service handled by the back office.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and achieving collective success.

What You'll Need
