The Role

  • Connect face-to-face with business owners and families within your assigned territory to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
  • Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
  • Work a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, ensuring every weekend is free.
  • Focus on building relationships and closing deals, with marketing, lead generation, and customer service handled by the back office.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and achieving collective success.

What You'll Need

  • A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
