Job Details:

Job Title: Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Supplier Name: Accede Solutions
Job Location: Albany, NY, fully onsite (local)
Schedule: 40 to 45 hours per week
Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension

Job description:

Position: LTSS SME, Enrollment track of a state Medicaid LTSS modernization program

Key qualifications:
Strong Medicaid and LTSS knowledge, including enrollment and managed care
Hands-on experience with HIPAA 834 and/or 278 transactions (segments, loops, code sets, companion guides)
eMedNY experience, including inbound and outbound transaction interchange
Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications
4 to 7 years as a business or functional consultant in healthcare and/or public sector programs
Preferred: MLTC enrollment and non-MAGI workflow familiarity, SQL skills, and 3+ years supporting Medicaid enrollment
