Manhattan Active WM – Configuration Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Manhattan Active WM Configuration Lead to manage warehouse management system configuration activities, implement configuration changes, and support ongoing enhancements.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience configuring Manhattan Active WM and a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, retail distribution, and high-volume DC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on configuration activities within Manhattan Active WM.

• Build, modify, and maintain Manhattan Active WM configurations based on business requirements.

• Configure warehouse processes and system functionalities.

• Manage configuration changes across development, testing, and production environments.

• Maintain configuration documentation, configuration guides, and change records.

• Work closely with solution architects, extension developers, and business stakeholders.

• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production stabilization.

• Analyze existing configurations and implement enhancements as required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WM.

• Experience with Manhattan configuration management.

• Knowledge of Manhattan ProActive and extension packs.

• Experience with APIs and integrations.

• Strong understanding of retail warehouse operations and high-volume DC environments.

• Experience with warehouse automation and MHE integrations.

• Prior Manhattan implementation experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
