Business Analyst

Payrate: $42.00 - $42.75/hr

Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Under the guidance of the BI Manager, analyze sales data for mobile products to identify trends and prepare clear, actionable reports.

Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators and support ongoing business monitoring.

System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and health checks on BI systems, dashboards, and reports to ensure data accuracy and system availability. Troubleshoot and escalate issues as they arise.

Project Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for data-related tasks in joint projects with the Process Innovation team, helping to coordinate efforts and track deliverables under the BI Manager's supervision.

Data Workflow Support: Assist with the execution and validation of data workflows and processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data queries and analyses to answer specific business questions from the BI Manager and other team members.

Skills: A proactive and detail-oriented data professional with strong technical skills and a desire to contribute to a data-centric team. An effective communicator who can clearly present data and findings to team leadership. Top skills: Artificial Intelligence Business Analysis Backend Development Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 3-5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying is essential. Expertise in Excel (pivots, advanced functions) and experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, an analytical field, or equivalent experience.

Communication: Strong ability to translate data into clear reports and communicate findings effectively to the project team and direct manager.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00 - $42.75/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
