The Role

• Explore new data sources and create effective queries to understand client mission environments.
• Synthesize information from disparate sources to build comprehensive assessments and actionable intelligence.
• Apply targeting techniques, methodologies, and specialized subject matter expertise to inform policy makers and operational customers.
• Develop tailored products including complex written reports and formal or informal briefings.
• Conduct pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
• Leverage SIGINT and HUMINT information using relevant tools and databases.

What You'll Need

• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within intelligence or combatant command environments.
• Proficiency in conducting pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
• Experience with SIGINT and HUMINT, and utilizing high-side tools and databases (e.g., Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer).
• Ability to develop high-quality, tailored deliverables, including complex written products and briefings for various client levels.
• Demonstrated ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
