Network Development Analyst | Fort Washington, MD | Hybrid

The Role
- Explore new data sources and create effective queries to understand client mission environments.
- Synthesize information from disparate sources to build comprehensive assessments and actionable intelligence.
- Apply targeting techniques, methodologies, and specialized subject matter expertise to inform policy makers and operational customers.
- Develop tailored products including complex written reports and formal or informal briefings.
- Conduct pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
- Leverage SIGINT and HUMINT information using relevant tools and databases.
What You'll Need
- Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within intelligence or combatant command environments.
- Proficiency in conducting pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
- Experience with SIGINT and HUMINT, and utilizing high-side tools and databases (e.g., Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer).
- Ability to develop high-quality, tailored deliverables, including complex written products and briefings for various client levels.
- Demonstrated ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
