The Role

• Lead, train, and develop maintenance crews for efficient and safe operations.
• Utilize advanced technology to manage teams, schedules, budgets, and track hours.
• Serve as the primary client contact, proactively engaging and providing expert consultation.
• Develop and propose creative landscape enhancement designs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or a related field is preferred; an Associate degree or relevant experience will be considered.
• Proven landscape experience with strong plant knowledge is essential.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a love for dynamic challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus.
