TJX Companies is hosting a Hiring Event on September 19 to fill retail roles across our T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and other banners. As a team member, you'll deliver friendly customer service, support merchandising of brand-name apparel and home fashions, and help keep our stores organized, safe, and inviting. You'll process shipments, stock product, operate registers, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, value-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service across sales floor and checkout
• Merchandise apparel and home fashions, ensuring attractive, organized displays
• Process shipments, stock shelves, and manage inventory flow to the sales floor
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention
• Support fitting room operations and assist customers with product selection
• Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash, returns, and exchanges
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and operational goals
• Follow company policies, procedures, and merchandising guidelines
• Participate in training, coaching, and development opportunities
• Represent TJX values of inclusion, respect, and community involvement
