The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your territory Monday–Thursday to present supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
• Grow your individual book of business through consistent relationship building and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Travel within your assigned territory for client meetings.

What You'll Need

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results in a commission-based environment.
• Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and follow a structured sales system and training.
• Comfort with travel during the work week (Monday-Thursday).
• 18+ years of age.
