Position: Senior Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud Financials Technical Consultant

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle Cloud Financials technical experience. They are highly organized, methodical in their approach, and thrive on solving complex problems, the kind of person who enjoys finding the needle in the haystack. Most importantly, they are proactive, improvement-driven, and eager to make a lasting impact.

The Desired Consultant must have:

• Perform below activities for OCF Technical track
• Provide support for the existing implementation across North America and EU regions. Support activities include
• Provide technical support across PTP, RTR, OTC modules by helping migrate the reports across environments, performing the analysis of slow performing jobs, reports etc.
• Support month end integrations built using OIC with boundary apps
• Work with functional leads to translate functional requirements into technical design documentation
• Help troubleshoot production issues from technical perspective, provide root cause analysis of (OIC) integration errors
• Work with offshore team to coordinate development, testing, and defect resolution.
• Liaise with Oracle support and third-party vendors on escalations
• Act as an extension of customers Financials systems (FinSys) team to support OCF rollout in collaboration with SI by coordinating support activities with business users, SI and FinSys teams as required.
• Communicate across layers of the organization to explain technical details in simple to understand terms.
