Job Description

Provide responsive technical support to internal employees, onsite and remotely, across multiple office locations.

Administer Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, including user accounts, access controls, and permissions.

Troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, Satellite phones and mobile devices.

Maintain corporate infrastructure across our Denver and Houston datacenters: Hyper-V, backup and replication, firewalls, switching, wireless, VPN, and site-to-site connectivity.

Handle onboarding and offboarding, IT inventory, and hardware lifecycle tracking.

Perform patch management and preventative maintenance, and support internal projects such as hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and network upgrades.

Troubleshoot back-office network issues at client properties under managed services agreements: routers, firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs and subnets, DHCP scopes, DNS, and ISP circuits.

Qualifications:

5+ years in IT support, systems administration, network administration or Bachelor's degree.

Hands-on network troubleshooting: VLANs, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, routing, NAT, firewall rules, and VPN.

Experience supporting multi-site environments and remote users, including servers, desktops, and network hardware.

Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people.

Disciplined about ticket hygiene, time entry, and documentation, as work is measured against service levels.
