• Configure Pega workflows, case management, business rules, and decision logic.

• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and healthcare SMEs.

• Perform application testing, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.

• Ensure healthcare applications meet business needs, operational standards, and compliance requirements.

• Support application enhancements, production issues, and continuous process improvements.
