Job Description:

• Support enterprise IT initiatives by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Conduct process analysis to identify gaps, improvements, and opportunities for optimization.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and clear understanding of business needs.
• Coordinate testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and defect tracking, to ensure solution quality.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation across the project lifecycle.
• Partner with project managers, business users, and technical teams to drive delivery and resolve issues.
• Contribute to effective communication, status reporting, and traceability of requirements to ensure successful implementation and business outcomes.

• Support Product Engineering initiatives by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align needs and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, ensuring prioritization supports business goals and delivery timelines.
• Partner closely with project managers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive clarity, resolve dependencies, and enable smooth execution.
• Assist in tracking progress, updating requirements, and ensuring traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to governance and communication efforts by providing clear documentation and status updates.
• Help ensure solutions meet business needs through effective collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous engagement with stakeholders.
